Bug tracker update

The bug tracker at iptel.org projects was updated yesterday. We are now running Jira 3.6.5 which will be hopefully more stable than the previous version. We are using the bug tracker to track bugs in SERi [1], SERWebi [2], serctli [3], and SEMSi [4] projects. You can find the bug tracker at http://tracker.iptel.org [5]
