support for this had been in earlier versions of SEMSi, but I think using python for application development is maybe the better choice - or in what respect is perl better than python?

It should be possible to define, which codecs sems advertises and in which order. This would be useful in inbound calls and also in outbound calls, for example, in dialout from conference.

Window sharing: the idea would be to be able to have a slide deck being shared between people in the same conference. Basically, this could be any window content, transfered with a very slow frame rate codec (1-2 frame/sec), and maybe a pointer position. We would need some support from a CoIP UA. I'm open for any proposals.
