SIP Express Bundle Management

Creation of Master SIP Express Bundle rpm

This is a relatively straightforward process but requires a definition of what comprises SIP Express bundle so dependencies can be added.

Compilation of non-Centos software

Each non-Centos module must be compiled and converted to rpm for Centos 5. These modules will include SERi and any helper applications not available on Centos

NB

    * No provision is made for 'zero install' functionality. This is assumed supplied by others as an rpm module

Publication of custom rpms

This process simply requires a publication directory and a release process to push released rpms into it, and to then generate the correct repo description files

Creation and publication of yum repo file

This process is very simple - the file is only a few lines. NB: It may be good to sign all the rpms and include the keys in this repo.
